The Ironstone Farm philosophy is simple; make easy drinking, approachable spirits using Australian grown grains, fruits and botanicals.

 

Our Native Gin Liqueur is made using our Bendigo Dry Gin, we macerate Australian native Hibiscus flowers and the native peach or Quandong. We then add a very light simple syrup to turn it into a liqueur.

 

Beautiful to sip, pop with soda or tonic or for making the perfect spritz.
