The Ironstone Farm philosophy is simple; produce easy drinking, approachable wine that showcases our wine regions.
 
Our Cabernet Sauvignon, like all great red wine, has spent nearly 2 years in French Oak and then we bottle condition for at least another 2 years. Why? We want you to be able to drink our reds immediately and enjoy them. However, this will easily age for another 10 years.
